The Backyard Office Kit has triple wall insulation for year-round comfort. The sturdy WPC (Wood–plastic composite) walls of the infrastructure have enough space between them to set up any hidden wiring or pipes for electricity, internet, or water and are strong enough to support an air conditioner. Make it comfortable to use as an outdoor office shed, yoga studio, art studio, she shed, man cave, or just a space to get away.
The clean lines of the 3 x 3.7 m modern Scandinavian design showcase functionality without sacrificing beauty, including a hidden internal gutter to collect and divert rainwater. The sleek black frame and paintable panels keep it modern, while the front of the outdoor office is completely clear, including the wide double doors that you can open for the ultimate indoor-outdoor experience. High impact resistance, even when exposed to high or low temperatures, resist fungal decay, termites and is maintenance free.

Year-Round Weather Resistance: Wind, snow, and hail resistant. Tested to withstand winds up to 120 kph and up to 180 kg/m of snow.
Light Transmission: Sunroof panel has 90% light transmission; front wall has 95% light transmission;
White roof panels and side walls have 0% light transmission.
Functional Setup: Can install standard electric plugs and triple wall insulation has space to hide pipes and electric wiring.
Comfortable Access: The 3 x 3.7 m structure has a high and wide double door with low threshold for easy access.
Foundation: Please note that the structure requires a solid, level foundation. Flooring not supplied but a floating floor is the best option, seal around the edge of the walls with silicone and then use a weatherproof floating timber floor board, these are very easy to install, ask us for advice if you need more info on this.
